Excelsior is a new and exciting personal nail and hair studio snuggled in Pueblo West, that offers an intimate and private setting for all your beauty needs.
Excelsior is owned and operated by Felisha Caress Rodriguez, a licensed cosmetologist who has been dedicated to her craft for over 10 years and continues to bring style and class to all of her clients, friends and family.
Located inside of Evolve Studios, Excelsior by Felisha is thrilled to begin this new phase welcome both new and longtime clients to her new space.
